RECOMMEDED INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
For WHITE WINE and CHAMPAGNE
Take the wine bottle out of the fridge or cellar
Place it on the porcelain cup cooled down in the freezer
Cover the bottle with the temperature insulating dome “La Chambre des frissons”
It will keep the bottle at the right temperature during the dinner and let the wine open progressively.
After each service place the bottle under the CAVE DE TABLE
For other WINES
Take the wine bottle out of fridge or cellar
Leave the open bottle under the “VINTAGE” dome to allow it to come to room temperature. Wine will remain protected to release its best best flavor.
